Most of our teaching/caregiving staff are in courses with local colleges to obtain a degree in early education. Some have degrees already. The staff care deeply about the children and families they serve and are dedicated and hard working.
Board of Directors
WCEC, Inc. is a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The volunteer and unpaid Board of Directors, has overall responsibility for the direction of the agency, and manages the business of the corporation. The Board meets monthly from September to June. The Board of Directors regularly receives and reviews monthly financial reports. An independent, annual audit is conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
